All transactions on CatioCoops are processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods and your payment information is never stored on our servers. Every transaction is encrypted and protected.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments — a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor, the highest level of security certification available. Your card details are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and are never stored on our servers at any point during or after the transaction.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged immediately at the time of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folder or contact us at support@catiocoops.com.

Currency

All prices on CatioCoops are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States your bank or payment provider may apply a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. CatioCoops is not responsible for any such fees.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with US state tax laws. The final tax amount is determined at the time of purchase and will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined please verify that your billing information is entered correctly and that your card has sufficient funds. If the issue persists please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method. For further assistance contact us at support@catiocoops.com.

Refunds to your payment method

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method only. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent transactions

CatioCoops takes fraud prevention seriously. Any order suspected of being fraudulent may be cancelled without prior notice. If you believe your payment information has been used without your authorization please contact your bank immediately and notify us at support@catiocoops.com.

CatioCoops will never ask for your payment details via email, phone, or social media. If you receive such a request please do not respond and report it to us immediately.
